How to proceed after removing top vinyl layer of wallpaper and discover unprimed wall? - removing vinyl wallpaper
I pulled the top layer of wallpaper, but before removng layer of the posterior wall of the major manufacturers and a pile of mud underneath. How do I? Just continue to remove supporters or clay seams and PIME wall? Suggestions?

if only he takes precedence over - you bubble (probley wrong). Bubble could immediately - could wait several months.
I plan as a panacea for a while, but if you repeat the job again in a few months - you should really get all the wallpaper too.
Whether you would have to remove the wall in order to complete it or return the paper.
